Bullet 650 Unveiled: Royal Enfield’s Most Powerful Bullet Yet

The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 marks the comeback of an icon, now upgraded with the brand’s strong 650cc twin-cylinder engine. It brings together the classic Bullet look with smoother and more powerful performance. With updated parts, better ride quality and the same old-school charm, it easily becomes the most powerful Bullet ever made. Bullet 650 is all set to raise expectations for Royal Enfield fans across the country.

Bullet 650 Design and Features

The Bullet 650 continues the same legendary Bullet styling that people love — a clean teardrop fuel tank, a comfortable single-piece seat, tall handlebars and traditional spoke wheels. Early details suggest that the design stays very close to the smaller Bullet, but the technology inside gets a big upgrade.

The bike is expected to come with modern features like a semi-digital instrument cluster, a halogen or LED headlamp, USB charging port and a smooth 6-speed gearbox. Overall, the design aims to offer the classic Bullet feel while giving riders the comfort and convenience needed for daily rides and long trips.

Bullet 650 Specifications

While the full specs are yet to be officially announced, here’s what is known so far :

  • Engine: Based on the same 650cc twin-cylinder platform used in the Interceptor 650 and Classic 650 (around 647.95cc – 648cc).
  • Expected Price: Around ₹2,80,000 to ₹2,90,000 (ex-showroom).
  • Expected Launch: Around October 2026 in India.

For a performance reference, other 650cc Royal Enfield bikes produce around 47 bhp and 52 Nm of torque.

Once Royal Enfield reveals the full spec sheet, details like kerb weight, fuel tank capacity and dimensions will become clearer.

Bullet 650 Mileage

The mileage of the Bullet 650 is not confirmed yet. Since it uses a 650cc twin engine and has a heavier retro body style, it may return lower mileage compared to smaller Bullets. However, the engine platform used in other RE 650 bikes is known to be smooth and reliable.

For comparison, the Interceptor 650 gives around 23–24 kmpl in real-world use. The Bullet 650 is expected to offer a similar range, depending on riding style, road conditions and traffic.

Bullet 650 Top Speed

Royal Enfield has not officially shared the top speed of the Bullet 650. But based on the performance of other 650 models (Interceptor 650 top speed ~169 km/h), the Bullet 650 can be expected to reach high 150s km/h or more.

Because of its heavier build and relaxed riding posture, the top speed may be slightly lower. The focus is likely to be on smooth power delivery, comfort and ride quality rather than high-speed performance.
